At 23, D has just been through a rough patch with colic, so he was not feelin’ his usual glorious self. I was so glad we got these photos though – often our time with our four-footed friends is cut short, and one of my main goals with this business is to ensure the memories of our dear creatures are preserved. That said, D is recovering and we will get some more shots of him all spiffed up come summer.

I have seen dogs and cats with one eye brown and one eye blue, but never blue and brown in the same eye! Isn’t she pretty? Her momma says she’s throwin’ her coat (which she does every year), but I think she is so cute!

 I can’t tell you when I’ve been so excited (obsessed, really) about something. Combining my love of critters with my fascination with photography, I will be launching “FourFootPhotography” in June. I am currently building my portfolio for a workshop I’ll be attending in San Diego in May. You know how Snoopy does that happy dance? I’m right there.

Geh! Just look at those faces! Having spent a few hours with these super cutey-cutems, I’m positive the Blog Dog will be getting a playmate in the not-to-distant future. Sweet, sweet furbabies!
