“And they danced…”
Let me just say that from the first email, I knew Jodi was going to be great to work with, and was this ever a fun wedding! What I really love about modern brides (at least the ones hiring me) is how they plan their big day their way. Jodi and Peter’s wedding at The Stables in Georgetown was a prime example of this – perfectly reflective of their personalities, their style and their relationship. It seems that when everything comes together so smoothly (notice I did not say effortlessly), it is a giant, “Yeah, good call.” OBVIOUSLY these two are great together, obviously they will lead a fantastic, adventurous life and enjoy each and every minute. The wedding was Sunday, August 3rd, with full on SeaFair flyovers. The bride’s father was the officiant, and paused to identify each plane as it flew over. To say it was a pleasure is a gross understatement. Check out the glorious, quirky details and the pie, OH the PIE!
Thank you Jodi and Peter for the terrific party you threw to celebrate the beginning of your marriage. It was spectacular, and enjoyed by all. Well done!
